Stages of bottling plant reconstruction
The first stage is the basic reconstruction of the buildings and the construction of an underground production plant carried out by the company OHL ŽS, the second stage is the establishment of a museum of mineralogy and balneology. The third stage is the creation of a gastronomic section in the renewed space of the corner of the bottling plant, which also needs sensitive preparation. An architectural studio is preparing this for us DL Studio, which was chosen for its excellent references in designing branded restaurants. According to Lipovský, the first stage began in June of last year and should end by the end of this year. "This mainly concerns the repair of historic buildings and the architecturally sensitive installation of a modern plant in underground spaces," revealed Lipovský and described that as part of the repairs, the landmark of the arrival at Kyselka, the factory of the former princely bottling plant, will also come to the fore. The repair of the production part of the bottling plant is also a priority for the reason that production bilinic acids is continuous.

Foreign trade manager Vojtěch Milko, who gives the whole project its heart, is also the author of the idea to build a new modern plant in such a way that it not only disturbs the spa operation as little as possible, but also restores the entire building to its original architectural concept from the time of its creation. The construction of the plant is uniquely multi-purpose, production will take place underground and spa visitors can enjoy a perfect view of Bořeň and the spa buildings on the roof. The entire project falls under the protection of historical monuments, so it is clear that preservationists are keeping a close eye on the entire repair. "We cooperate with the monument office and I have not yet noticed any problem, on the contrary, we ourselves see that the comments of the preservationists have their merits," Milko pointed out. Thanks the internal department for the management of historical heritage we are able to provide our preservationists with very accurate information about historical features and the development and use of our buildings throughout history. We ourselves wish to preserve and restore as many beautiful and interesting corners as possible.

The management of the Bílin bottling plant is also counting on the fact that in the next two stages it would be the turn to build a museum and a gastronomic facility on the roof of the plant, which, from the point of view of visitors, is a natural continuation of the spa park. "We have a project plan ready and a dedicated team of people is working on it. The future form of the garden restaurant with a grill and a cafe should subsequently serve not only tourists, but mainly the citizens of Bílina and their visitors." revealed Vojtěch Milko. It is also planned to open several thematic exhibitions.

"We have allocated spaces where the museum will be created. Part of it will be devoted not only to the princely family of Lobkovic, but also to rich mineralogy (thanks to cooperation with Bílina Natural Science Society) and the balneology of our region, as well as exhibits commemorating the various stages of spa activity," stated Milko, adding that the museum will probably include an info center with a company store.

The promotional department of the Bílina bottling plant not only prepares new materials and photos about the history and overall development Bílinské kyselky, but there is also a documentary film in preparation that will map the spring from its origins. "Our marketing manager Karel Bašta has a free hand in this, who not only put together a team of people who began to participate in the promotion, but also approached the locals who began to cooperate with the bottling plant," noted Vojtěch Milko.
WHERE EVERYWHERE BÍLINSKÁ KYSELKA DOES IT SELL?
As the foreign manager of Bílinská stáčírna expressed, exports are mainly directed to Slovakia, the USA, China and Russia, but the main one is the Czech market. At the same time, we feel a great responsibility, because with our presentation we are also showing the culture and history of our city to customers all over the world. At present, expansion is being prepared, for example, to the whole of Serbia, but other Western European countries are also very interested. "The composition of Bílina mineral water is unique, and our goal is for it to reach the tables of Czech households, where I think it belongs," stated Vojtěch Milko and reminded that if someone has a problem with the respiratory tract or digestive system and at the same time prefers purely natural treatment, then Kyselka or Zaječická voda has its place and justification.

The aim of the whole effort is also to open a shop for local residents, who will have the opportunity to buy Kyselka at a favorable price. It is possible that the upcoming cafe in the otakgon will hide inside a replica of a tap stand where visitors can taste fresh water.

The Bílina bottling plant is currently being repaired, but do the abandoned buildings that used to serve as spas also have hope? According to Zdenek Nogol, director of the Bílina plant, it certainly is. We are ready for any form of cooperation with the city of Bílina, when we want to join the joint work with our organizational skills, project work, management and marketing possibilities. "We are already cooperating with the city in terms of building permits, and we haven't encountered a problem yet. We try to comply with all the necessities that must be fulfilled. Knowledge bilinic acids is preparing a project for the spa area called KYSELKA21, which provides instructions for transforming the Kyselka in Bílina into a place of relaxation, sport and culture not only for the citizens of Bílina, but also for people from the wider area. it gives unimagined possibilities to use the kyselka for a variety of cultural activities," described Milko and concluded by adding that the kyselka could not only offer all-day enjoyment for families with children, but could also serve as a refuge for various interest groups from sports to artistic ones.
